Terms of payment All fees (hotel deposit + accompanying person fee + additional prgramme fee for Saturday) should be paid in advance by using euros. Personal, company or euro cheques will NOT be accepted. Two methods of payment are possible: 1. All payments must be "free of any charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender. 2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted. Give your credit card details on the secured on-line form. Confirmation A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your registration and hotel reservation. Cancellation of room reservation, social programme and accompanying persons fee Should you cancel your hotel room, social programme oraccompanying persons’s registration by 10 September 2008, a refund of 50% of the payment will be issued. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 10 September 2008. For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. For refund, please inform your full bank account details. Cancellation of participation The organisers appreciate if you remember to you cancel your participation as soon as you know that you cannot come after all.
	ACCOMMODATION IN TAMPERE The organisers have reserved rooms at the hotels mentioned below. To obtain the special conference rates, bookings must be made on the registration form. If no rooms are available in the hotel of your first choice, reservation will be made for the next possible alternative. Buffet breakfast and Finnish sauna are included if not otherwise stated. The room rates are quoted per night per room, including VAT 8%. For a double room (two persons, two beds) please give your room mate’s name. Please send your accommodation reservation before 10 September. The given prices are valid only if room reservation is made and deposit paid by 10 September. The organisers cannot guarantee availability of hotel rooms for reservations received after 10 September 2008. Hotel deposit and alterations To guarantee your hotel reservation a deposit of one night’s hotel fee is required. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be accepted. Your deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will then automatically be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out from the hotel. Remaining accommodation costs will be paid at check-out directly to the hotel. Please, make sure you inform your time of arrival on your registration form. Your hotel reservation will be confirmed as soon as Tampere Conference Service has received the deposit payment and give the contact details of the hotel. All alterations to accommodation reservations must be sent to Tampere Conference Service in writing (e-mail). If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy. You can print a Tampere city map from the website. It shows the location of the main hotels and venues.
