Tampere Sightseeing Tour

at 10.00–13.00

The city tour of Tampere shows you the best of the city. You will hear the
story of its birth under the Swedish kingdom, about the life during the Russian autonomy, and you will learn how it developed into the vibrant city of technology and know-how it is today. You will see a lively industrial town with its beautiful lakes, parks and market places. Important sights include Central Square and the Cathedral, the picturesque Pispala village and the impressive Pyynikki Ridge and Park. Departure for the tour in front of Tampere Hall, the tour ends in the city centre.

Lunch cruise at 13.00–14.30 CANCELLED!

After the tour you will be able to join an optional lunch cruise on Lake Pyhäjärvi. The tour bus will take you to the Laukontori Quay in the city centre from where the boat departs at 13.00 o’clock. Buffet lunch.

Price for the cruise and lunch is 45 €. To be booked and paid in advance by using the registration form. Minimum 20 persons.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the tours if there are not enough participants.

Transportation to Tampere-Pirkkala Airport can be arranged directly after the cruise.
